Bottle Refusal - Office or Virtual
Office Visit: $200
Virtual Visit: $175
Are you having trouble getting your baby to take a bottle? Or maybe your baby was taking a bottle and now isn't? This is the consult for you. We will start by taking a thorough history of you and your baby. During the consultation, we will either assess your baby's oral function (if in office) or guide you to assess your baby's oral function (if virtual). This will help us determine which bottle may be the best fit for your baby. We will also provide oral exercises to help with bottle feeding skills and create a plan to help you feel more confident when helping your baby learn how to bottle feed. Babies aren't a one-size-fits-all approach, and taking bottles should be no different. Please have the bottles you are currently offering available during our in-person visit or video call, as well as 2-4 ounces of expressed breast milk or formula.
Professional flange fitting
In Person: $125
Did you know that we now size flanges for pumping differently? There is actually research to back that having the proper flange size will actually yield more milk, empty your breasts better and be more comfortable. Flanges are made in different and shapes so that we can properly fit your unique anatomy. Flange sizing should never be a one-size-fits-all approach, and we are here to help you find the right flange specifically for your body, so that you can have an easy pumping journey.
During this consultation, we will size you for flanges and then try different shapes and sizes of flanges to see what works best for your body.
