Insurance & Policies Information

If you are not seeing your provider here, please contact us for more information. We are currently contracted with Aetna, First Health, Cigna, Pacific Source, Mountain Health, United Healthcare, UMR, UHSS and any plan with the United logo on the card. As of May 2025, Regence BCBS has changed their policies with providers and we aren't able to bill them directly. We will continue to monitor this situation and hope that we can be contracted soon as their policies are always changing. Currently, our Regence BCBS patients are paying at the time of service and then using a Superbill(which we provide to you) to file directly with BCBS for reimbursement. Please call your insurance provider to verify lactation benefits. Most insurance providers are now covering multiple lactation visits at 100%. These visits can be used prenatally or after your baby arrives. To schedule without insurance, you have the option to submit a superbill for reimbursement. Upon request, I will fill out a superbill after your visit for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
