  • Wanting to use insurance?
    I accept many insurance options! Click here to check your eligibility for my insurance-covered care through The Lactation Network if you have the following insurance plans: Anthem PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, VA OptumEast, Premera, Regence, UnitedHealthcare PPO and HMO, UMR, Oxford, or a plan that includes MultiPlan or PNOA on your insurance card. I am also contracted with Aetna and Cigna can accept most plans. Please call your insurance provider to verify lactation benefits. Most insurance providers are now covering multiple lactation visits. These visits can be used prenatally or after your baby arrives. Check out my services page to see available options and pick the right one for you.
  • Want to private pay or submit to insurance later for reimbursement?
    To schedule without insurance, you have the option to submit a superbill for reimbursement. Upon request, I will fill out a superbill after your visit for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you are wanting to do private pay or reimbursement, please click below to book directly with me.
  • Sick Day Policy
    Please let me know if yourself or anyone in your household is sick. Including, but not limited to: cough, congestion, fever, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting. If you or a member of your household are experiencing any of these symptom’s, please reschedule or we can switch the visit to virtual. I also, will contact you if myself or someone in my family is ill and reschedule our appointment. I sanitize all equipment between appointments, wash my hands before we get started and will be wearing gloves anytime I will be touching you or your baby. My highest priority is to make sure we keep you and your family safe and healthy.
  • Cancellations
    Life happens and I completely understand. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time without being charged the cost of the consultation. With the Sick Day policy as an exception for same day cancellations.
  • Payment Policy
    Payment is due at time of service. I accept cash, check and credit card.
